Everyone Says SaaS Is Dead. It's Worse Than That.
SaaS the delivery model is fine. SaaS the business model, per-seat pricing, rigid feature sets, sales-led everything, is quietly falling apart, and the vendors know it. Here's what I think replaces it, with the disclosure that I have a horse in this race.
